Dr. Andrew Wise, professor of history and director of Polish studies at Daemen College, has been elected president of the Western New York Chapter of the Kosciuszko Foundation. Also, Brian Hammer, assistant professor of art history and art gallery coordinator, has been elected chapter secretary.
