Andrew Wilton

Andrew Wilton is a clinical assistant professor of social work and sociology at Daemen College. He also continues to serve as a child and family therapist at the Catholic Charities Monsignor Carr Institute, where he provides therapeutic services for at-risk youth and their families and trains new staff on clinic procedures. Prior to this, he was director of outreach initiatives at the Alzheimer’s Association of Western New York.

Wilton is immediate past vice president of the Daemen Social Work Community Advisory Board and has worked with numerous community-based coalitions, committees, and councils throughout the Western New York region.

Specializing in diverse applications of solution-focused brief therapy, he earned a master of social work and a bachelor’s degree in sociology, both from the University at Buffalo.
