Christina Coyle has been appointed interim director of the Daemen College Executive Leadership and Change Program in which she has taught as an adjunct faculty member since 2006. As interim director, she is looking forward to introducing a range of students to the benefits of the ELC program and working with them to foster their leadership skills.
A Snyder resident, Coyle holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo, where she is pursuing a doctorate in economic geography/international business and world trade. She also earned a master’s degree in creative studies from SUNY Buffalo State, and was honored with the Creative Studies Alumni Foundation Award presented by the college’s International Center for Studies in Creativity.
An expert in organizational leadership, Coyle is president of Prizm Solutions, a firm that specializes in organizational development. In addition, she worked as lead facilitator with the Western New York Regional Economic Development Council that resulted in the completion of the Western New York Strategy for Prosperity Plan, which led to more than $100 million in state funding.
