Milestone years of service reached by more than 40 Daemen College employees was recognized at the second annual Celebration of Employee Service and ice cream social event.
The May 27 celebration, which was co-sponsored by the Offices of the President and Human Resources, honored full-time employees with five or more continuous years of service. Honored employees received a Certificate of Employee Service from Daemen President Gary A. Olson and Pamela Neumann, director of human resources.
“This event is a fun way to celebrate the dedicated service of our employees and to show our appreciation for all they have done for Daemen,” said Neumann.
Appreciation gifts were also presented and photos of honored employees shown over the past few decades were displayed as music from a range of genres played during the celebration.
