Nursing Open House

Daemen College’s several nursing degree options, including a new online format for the RN to BS program, will be discussed at an open house taking place at 7 p.m. Jan. 8 in the Wick Campus Center’s Alumni Lounge.

Prospective students will learn about Daemen’s newly launched RN to BS online format, which can be completed in as little as one year and offers a flexible schedule that accommodates part- or full-time study. The online format follows the same rigorous curriculum as the college’s RN to BS hybrid program, which includes both on-campus and online instruction. Both the online and hybrid options are open to registered nurses who hold an associate degree.

The open house will also highlight Daemen’s master’s degrees in nursing education, nursing executive leadership, and adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner.

An overview on nursing certificate programs offered at Daemen will be discussed, including post-baccalaureate studies in nursing executive leadership, and post-master advanced certificates in adult-gerontology primary care nursing practitioner and nursing education.

Information will also be provided on flexible scheduling for working adults, part-time options, night and evening classes, and scholarship opportunities.

Registration is requested but not required to attend Daemen’s nursing open house by calling 716-839-8225.
