Daemen University has unveiled its 2025-30 Master Plan, Building on Momentum. Aligned with the priorities of the 2025-30 Strategic Plan, Maintaining Momentum, it establishes an effective framework for infrastructure investments while building upon the accomplishments from the previous master plan.
Building on Momentum was developed by the Master Plan Steering Committee in collaboration with the President’s Cabinet and with input from faculty and staff throughout the Daemen community. The plan ensures that capital priorities reinforce the academic mission, student success, and operational effectiveness.
“We have created unprecedented momentum over the past decade, and we’re just getting started,” said President Gary A. Olson. “The investments we’ve outlined in the master plan will continue to propel Daemen forward, creating a promising future for our institution and its graduates.”
