The lounge also includes a dedicated quiet-study room for individual work and a separate group-study/project room for collaborative discussions, promoting versatile functionality to accommodate students’ needs.

“The new Honors Lounge gives our students a place to connect, collaborate, and build community,” said Dr. Heather Stassen, founding dean of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education. I’m incredibly grateful to the administrative team whose creativity, persistence, and hard work brought this vision to life. This space is a wonderful example of what we can accomplish when people across the University come together with our students at the center.”
