Joelle Carroll has been appointed Chief of Staff of Daemen University, effective March 17.
The chief of staff serves as a confidential advisor to the President, oversees significant communications with campus stakeholders, and helps devise official policies for the university. The chief of staff is Daemen University’s official liaison to the Board of Trustees.
Carroll earned an M.S. in Leadership and Negotiation from Bay Path University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Canisius College, now Canisius University.
“I am delighted to have Joelle join my cabinet as Chief of Staff,” said President Gary A. Olson. “She brings a great depth and breadth of experience to Daemen, having served in similar positions for a number of years.”
