Dr. Lisa Parshall, professor of political science at Daemen College and a Richard P. Nathan Public Policy Fellow at the Rockefeller Institute of Government, is organizing the institute’s “Research and Practice in Progress Briefing on Local Government in New York.” The one-day forum for local government researchers, practitioners, and policymakers will be held in March.
