Daemen University has launched its 2025-2030 strategic plan, Maintaining Momentum, a pivotal campaign to fuel ongoing growth, sustainability, and success. 
Building upon the accomplishments of the previous strategic plan, Maintaining Momentum focuses on five strategic pillars: rigorous academics, university life and climate, community engagement, university infrastructure, and fiscal stability.
The facilities master plan, which aligns with the institutional priorities identified in the strategic plan, is in its final stages of development and will launch in the coming weeks.
“When I reflect on the past five years, I am filled with tremendous pride,” said Daemen President Dr. Gary A. Olson. “Ongoing investments in state-of-the-art programs and facilities, faculty and student enrichment, and campus beautification initiatives continue to enhance our academic offerings and accelerate our growth. Our future is bright.”
