Daemen University has been recognized with the 2024 Campus Prevention Network (CPN) Seal of Prevention—only 12% of colleges and universities in the country achieve this recognition—for best-in-class digital prevention and wellness programs it provides to students.Image of the 2024 Campus Prevention Network Seal of Prevention

The CPN Seal of Prevention signifies the highest standard for online prevention education, with a rigorous set of criteria that ensures higher education institutions are making a measurable impact across the critical areas of sexual assault, alcohol and drug misuse, mental health, and community building.

“We are incredibly proud to be recognized for our prevention and education efforts around issues of sexual violence, drug and alcohol education, and mental health,” said Kerry Spicer, Vice President for Student Affairs at Daemen. “Student safety and well-being is our top priority, and this is a shining example of our commitment to ensuring all students are educated around these important issues.”
