After an extensive search, Lori Caccamise has been appointed the new director of facilities and capital planning at Daemen.
Caccamise will start at the college on Feb. 21.
With more than 30 years of facilities and project management experience in higher education and housing sectors, Caccamise most recently served as a construction administrator at Stieglitz Snyder Architecture.
Prior to that she spent more than 13 years at Niagara University in various leadership roles within facilities management and plant operations.
“We are thrilled to have Lori join Daemen,” said Gary Olson, president of Daemen. “Her extensive background in higher education facilities management will make her an excellent fit here at the college.”
Caccamise has earned several degrees, including a B.S. in architecture from the University at Buffalo, an MBA from Niagara University – and an M.S. in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen.
