Jennifer Swan-Kilpatrick, adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at Daemen College, has been appointed executive director of Arts Service Initiative, a nonprofit organization that promotes the cultural sector’s role in economic development and the community through capacity building, collaboration, and advocacy in Western New York.
