Kellie Kotwicki

Kellie Kotwicki serves as practicum coordinator and associate professor in the Daemen College Applied Behavior Analysis Program.

A licensed behavior analyst in Arizona and New York, Kotwicki has been working in the field for more than nine years. She became a board certified behavior analyst in 2015.

Her focus in the field is on providing ABA in the home and school setting, delivering ABA services remotely in rural areas via telehealth, working with schools to coordinate program consistency, behavior reduction, elopement, adaptive skills, working with toddlers, and providing support for families who have recently received a diagnosis. She also has interest in monitoring quality supervision programs for students pursuing coursework in ABA.

Kotwicki earned a master’s degree in school counseling and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, both from Canisius College. She also holds an advanced certificate in applied behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.

She resides in Lancaster with her husband and four young children.
