Lee Allard joined Daemen College this year as director of institutional research, bringing 14 years of experience to his new role. He is responsible for a variety of external reporting projects and provides data support for offices across campus. He looks forward to working with members of the Daemen community to help them make data-informed decisions.
Allard previously served as director of institutional effectiveness and research at New Mexico Highlands University and as director of institutional research at Siena College.
He has a doctorate in communication disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas, a master’s degree in epidemiology from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and a master’s degrees in English and theology from Vanderbilt University.
A native of Dallas, Allard has lived all over the country. When he isn’t crunching numbers, he enjoys hiking, golf, and spending time with friends.
