As Daemen College continues its commitment to advancing administrative operations, the human resources and payroll offices have been restructured into one department, a move that will enhance these vital services for college employees.
Daemen’s Offices of Human Resources and Payroll have been reorganized under the newly created Department of Employee Engagement, with both offices remaining housed in Duns Scotus. With this change, both these areas will be overseen by Marissa Pace, director of human resources.
“Over the past several years, we have made great strides in improving and adopting the best practices in key areas in the Division of Business Affairs,” said Lisa Arida, interim vice president for business affairs. “Moving human resources and payroll into one department will better align these core functions and streamline operations that will create meaningful and effective ways to connect with all our employees.”
The departmental changes are effective immediately.
