Daemen University hosted the HOPE (How Our Purpose Evolves) Summit on Saturday, April 12, bringing the Daemen community together to exchange ideas, connect with others, and cultivate meaningful conversations that inspire new perspectives and leadership growth.
Tiffany Hamilton, Vice President of Institutional Equity & Belonging, opened the summit and Daemen adjunct professor of Business and Entrepreneurship, Juweria Dahir, delivered the keynote address.
Eight faculty and staff members and three students presented on a variety of topics through interactive workshops, storytelling, artistic expression, and community dialogues, which aimed to broaden participants’ perspectives and spark new ideas.

“The HOPE Summit is where reflection meets action—a space to reimagine purpose, build community, and ignite meaningful change,” said Hamilton. “We hope attendees leave feeling inspired by the voices around them and empowered to make an impact in their communities and beyond.”
