Quatroche is Chief Executive Officer of Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMC), providing leadership for over 3,800 staff members at ECMC, Terrace View Long Term Care facility, and additional outpatient locations. He has been part of the ECMC family for over 20 years.

“The addition of these prominent trustees enhances the thought leadership that drives the institution’s strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and success,” said John Yurtchuk, chairman of the Daemen board. “Tom’s and Ken’s influence in Western New York is profound, and we are thrilled to see it extend toward excellence in higher education.”

Quatroche and Manning will each serve three-year terms, with the possibility of two additional terms.

Daemen’s board includes a number of prominent Buffalo leaders: Byron Brown, Buffalo’s longest-serving mayor and now President and CEO of Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation; JoAnn Falletta, Multiple Grammy Award-winning conductor and Music Director of the Buffalo Philharmonic; Brian Higgins, former congressman and now CEO of Shea’s Performing Arts Center; Candace Johnson, President and CEO of Roswell Park Cancer Institute; Scott Bieler, President of West Herr Auto Group; and Thomas Reynolds, former congressman and now Senior Policy Advisor at Holland and Knight.
