Margaret Phillips, associate professor and director of paralegal studies at Daemen College, has been named co-chair of the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Paralegals. The state-wide committee will examine the evolving role of paralegals in today’s legal practice, including ethical guidelines, limited licensure, and access to justice issues.
