Daemen University women’s soccer player Becca Schultz (Grand Island, N.Y.) has been honored by the East Coast Conference for her play last week. Schultz was named the ECC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, marking the first time in her career she has collected the honor. The announcement of award winners was made via the league’s weekly sport report which was released this afternoon.
