Five accomplished graduates were recently selected to be honored with Daemen Distinguished Alumni Awards. Award recipients, who are selected by the Alumni Association Board of Directors, exhibit the ideals expressed by the institution’s founders and that remain strong at Daemen. An annual tradition now in its 38th year, the Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize the achievements, growth, and societal contributions of the university’s outstanding alumni.
This year’s Distinguished Alumni Award honoree is Brian Pettit ‘99. The award – to be presented by Daemen President Gary A. Olson – recognizes a graduate who has achieved distinction in their career and in the community and has shown outstanding dedication to the university.
