The top first-year students at Daemen University were recently recognized for their academic excellence during a celebratory luncheon on October 8.
The luncheon, which typically honors 10 students, recognized 12 returning second-year students who earned a perfect 4.0 during their first year at Daemen.
Sabrina Fennell, Associate Vice President for Student Success, hosted the luncheon and Dr. Michael Brogan, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, provided congratulatory remarks. Honorees were joined by their invited faculty members and guests who have been a source of inspiration to them during their time at Daemen.
“We are incredibly proud to recognize these exceptional students for their academic success,” said Brogan. “They exemplify Daemen’s mission, and their dedication, knowledge and immense talents ensure that they will make a meaningful impact in their professional futures.”
