In this role, Holland will lead Daemen’s strategic communication initiatives, working to develop and implement a comprehensive communication, media and public relations program for the university. As the chief communications officer, Holland will provide leadership and strategic guidance for both internal and external relations, media and public relations, crisis communications, and will help oversee institutional print and electronic communication vehicles.

“Daemen University continues to set a high standard for academic and professional excellence,” said Holland. That, coupled with the strong sense of community, made joining this team a very easy decision. It will be a privilege to tell the stories of the incredible students, faculty, and staff at Daemen.”
A Western New York native, Holland earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University.
