Dr. Lisa Ball is an assistant professor of nursing at Daemen College and teaches primarily in the graduate programs. She also serves as co-chair of the college’s Human Subjects Research Review Board and is faculty liaison for Daemen’s Pi Zeta Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
In addition to teaching, Ball maintains an active primary practice as a nursing practitioner. She has been published in various peer reviewed journals and presented at several nursing conferences, as well as holds membership in a number of professional nursing organizations.
Ball earned a doctorate in emotional intelligence in nursing, a post master’s certificate in nursing education and a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner, all from the University at Buffalo, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University at Western Ontario.
