Over 40 organizations—recruiting for various full-time and part-time roles in healthcare, education, insurance, sales, and nonprofit work—were in attendance to connect with 65 current students looking to propel their careers forward.

“The Career & Internship Expo was a great opportunity for students to connect with employers, learn about potential career paths, and gain valuable networking experience,” said Lamark Shaw, Director of Career Services. “This event is incredibly important to our Career Services team and to Daemen because it bridges the gap between students and employers, providing real-world connections that can lead to internships and part-time/full-time opportunities.”

During the event, students were encouraged to network with employers, distribute their resumes, and explore internships and career paths that align with their education and personal goals.

“Seeing students engage in meaningful conversations about their futures is always a rewarding experience,” added Shaw.
