Leanna Eduardo ‘11
Leanna Eduardo, a Trustee Scholar, received a bachelor’s degree in health science and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Daemen College. Following graduation, she worked at an otolaryngology practice in Massachusetts and then returned to her hometown of Rochester, N.Y., where she continued to specialize in otolaryngology for several years.
Eduardo currently works at the University of Rochester Otolaryngology. She enjoys providing general ENT care and treats patients in the ENT Urgent Care Center. She is also now focusing on laryngology at the UR Medicine Voice Center.
Eduardo believes the excellent education and support from Daemen has been key to her advancement as a physician assistant.
“The education I received at Daemen is priceless,” said Eduardo. “I am grateful for the dedication of my professors, the learning opportunities and resources available as a PA student, and the friendships made during my years at Daemen.”
