Tiffany Hamilton serves as director of Daemen College’s Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program, having most recently served as assistant director.
In her new role, Hamilton is responsible for managing daily operations of the program and reporting activities and results to the New York State Education Department, while continuing to be an advocate for underrepresented students’ access to education. She encourages “progress not perfection. Be a better person today than you were yesterday, then plan to be an even better person tomorrow.”
Hamilton earned a master’s degree in student personnel administration from SUNY Buffalo State and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Fredonia. She worked at M&T Bank for 10 years as an accounting manager before making a career move to higher education.
A native of Buffalo, Hamilton and her family, which includes two children, now reside in Tonawanda. She enjoys cooking, baking, and going to local ice cream shops with her family.
