Daemen University’s Tri Scholars Academy — a five-week summer program held July 6 to August 8 — welcomed 20 incoming first-year Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) students from across New York State, introducing them to Daemen life and providing personal growth opportunities in advance of the fall semester.
During the summer program, students participated in workshops to enhance basic skills in mathematics, career readiness, reading, and writing, and they also explored themes of self-improvement. Students earned three college credits upon completion of the summer program.
