Karen Sharp-Price ‘90, alumna and adjunct faculty member in Daemen’s Department of Business Administration, was recently asked to weigh in on her thoughts about the current job market for Zippia.com, a website devoted to providing career options, intelligence, information and tools. She joins experts from Penn State, Texas A&M International University, and the University of Utah, among others, sharing insights into what aspiring graduates can do to start off their careers in an uncertain economic climate.
Sharp-Priced noted, “During the pandemic, many issues have come to light for companies and for human resource departments. I believe that the biggest trends going forward for human resources will be a focus on onboarding, company culture, and professional development training.”
