Buffalo Business First has named several members of the Daemen College community to the list of Who’s Who in Health Care 2020, which recognizes professionals in the health care industry who are responsible for the well-being of Western New Yorkers.
“This strong representation of our faculty, trustees, and graduates on this list reflects their high level of expertise and talent and the profound impact that Daemen is having on our regional health care,” said Dr. Michael Brogan, senior vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college. “We congratulate each member of our Daemen community who are among those honored on this list.”
Who’s Who in Health Care includes Daemen faculty Dr. Rebecca Begalle, athletic training department chair/program director and assistant professor; Dr. Greg Ford ’95, ’01, ’04, physical therapy chair/program director and associate professor; and Dr. Vicki Madaus Knapp, applied behavior analysis chair and assistant professor.
Daemen trustees named to the list are Dr. Candace Johnson, president and CEO of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and Arthur Wingerter, president of Univera Healthcare.
The Who’s Who in Health Care list also includes Daemen graduates Dr. Joseph Corigliano ‘89, chair of the primary care division at Buffalo Medical Group; Dr. Mark Howard ‘05, president and CEO of Howard Physical Therapy; Cary Sisti ‘07, ‘09, chief clinical operations officer at Hospice Buffalo; Heather Telford ‘09, vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at Catholic Health; and James Turner ‘98, senior vice president of surgical and outpatient services at Erie County Medical Center.
