Danielle Eadie
Danielle Eadie has been appointed clinical director of counseling services at Daemen College.
In her new role, she will oversee and manage the college’s counseling services as well as work to further the vision and development of clinical services offered through Daemen’s CHIP Center (Counseling, Health, Insurance, and Prevention).
“We are excited to welcome Danielle to this important role, which is integral to supporting the well-being of our students,” said Dr. Greg Nayor, vice president for strategic initiatives. “Her strong experience as a mental health professional, commitment, and vision will be vital in this position and in collaborating with our entire wellness team to provide greater access and services to all Daemen students.”
Most recently, Eadie served as bereavement manager at Hospice Buffalo, where she previously worked as a medical social worker. As a private clinician, she focuses on life transitions, anxiety and depression, stress management, grief and loss, and post-traumatic growth. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the University at Buffalo School of Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
A licensed clinical social worker, she earned a master of social work from UB and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Canisius College.
Eadie resides in Tonawanda.
