Daemen University’s Board of Trustees approved faculty tenure and promotions for ten faculty members, effective fall semester 2025. 
Faculty members promoted to Full Professor:
- Shannon Lupien — Psychological Sciences
- Deborah Napolitano — Behavioral Science
- Michael Ross — Physical Therapy
- Jennifer Scheid-Liberg — Physical Therapy
- Jay Wendland — History & Political Science
Faculty members promoted to Associate Professor and granted tenure:
- Pamela Bartlo — Physical Therapy
- Kurt Blankschaen — Philosophy, Languages & Religious Studies
- Erin Carman — Social Work & Sociology
- Vanessa Patrone — Behavioral Science
- Dan Shanahan — Visual & Performing Arts
